Wire harnesses Design and production
CELEL designs and produces its wire harnesses in-house depending on the desired shapes, sizes and electrical requirements. All cables supplied are UL/CSA approved according to the customer’s specifications. We work with quality crimp contacts and connectors form proven brands like JST, Molex, AMP TE, Lumberg etc.
The production process includes fully and semi-automated steps, such as:
- Wire cutting and stripping
- Inserting and routing wires through sleeves
- Crimping of terminals
- Functional tests
Our production capacity is flexible and we provide fast prototyping and sampling for tests. The delivery times are short and the whole production is entirely traceable and with full warranty.
